Test Voice Assistant
Test the FlowCaptain voice assistant right in your browser — by voice or chat, no external tools needed.
Test Your Voice Assistant
Before deploying the voice assistant for real calls, you can test it directly in FlowCaptain — no external tools or phone required. Go to Calendar → Voice Assistant and scroll to the Test Autopilot section.
Voice Tester
Start a test conversation using your microphone. The voice assistant responds in real time and behaves exactly as it would during a real call.
- Microphone Permission — Your browser will ask for microphone access the first time.
- Live Transcript — The conversation appears as text in real time.
- Mute — Mute your microphone during the conversation.
- Download Transcript — Save the conversation as a text file.
Chat Tester
Switch to the Chat tab to test the assistant via text. Chat mode uses the same conversation logic — the assistant understands and responds identically to voice mode.
What to Test
Verify the key scenarios before deploying the assistant to production:
- "Do you have anything available next week?" — Check availability
- "I'd like an appointment on Wednesday at 2 PM" — Book an appointment
- "I want to cancel my appointment" — Cancellation
- "Can you move my appointment to Friday?" — Rescheduling
Notes
- Conversation behavior (language, tone, greeting) is configured just above under Voice Assistant.
- Changes to settings take effect immediately for new test conversations.
- The voice tester uses the same conversation logic as real calls — what works here will work in production.
