Monitor active conversations in real time and transfer calls when needed.
Live View
The Live View shows all active conversations across your workspace in real time. Open Live in the main navigation.
Active Conversations
The left panel shows all running and recently ended conversations:
- Live Indicator — Marks active conversations
- Message Count — Number of messages exchanged
- Last Message — Preview of the current message
- Ended Conversations — Recently ended sessions remain visible briefly
Transcript
Select a conversation to see the full log:
- Caller Messages — Blue background
- Assistant Responses — Green background
- System Events — Centered in gray (e.g. call transfer)
The transcript updates automatically as new messages arrive.
Transfer a Call
For active conversations, you can transfer the call to a phone number — for example, when a caller needs to speak with a person or the matter requires personal consultation.
- Click Take Over
- Enter the target phone number (or use the pre-configured transfer number)
- Confirm the transfer
The voice assistant informs the caller and connects them. You can set the default transfer number under Calendar → Voice Assistant.
Connection Status
- Green — Real-time connection active
- Yellow — Connection lost, reconnecting
- Gray — No active conversations
