Getting Started
Set up FlowCaptain in a few minutes: create your account, connect Google Calendar, configure opening hours, and generate an API key.
Welcome to FlowCaptain
FlowCaptain lets your customers talk to your calendar. Using natural language processing, your voice bot or chat assistant can check availability, book appointments, cancel, and reschedule — all through a single API.
What you'll set up
- Create an account — Sign up, create a workspace, and run through the onboarding wizard
- Connect Google Calendar — Share your calendar with FlowCaptain's service account
- Configure opening hours — Define when you're available for appointments
- Generate an API key — Get the credentials your voice bot needs to call the API
Each step takes about 2 minutes. By the end, you'll have a fully working calendar integration ready to connect to any voice bot platform.
Requirements
- A Google account with Google Calendar
- A voice bot platform (Retell AI, VAPI, or any platform that supports MCP or REST APIs)
