Sign up for FlowCaptain, create a workspace, and complete the onboarding wizard.
Create Your Account
1. Sign Up
Go to flowcaptain.ai and click Get Started. Enter your email address and choose a password. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify your account.
2. Create a Workspace
After signing in, you'll be prompted to create your first Workspace. A workspace is a shared space where you and your team manage calendars. Choose a name for your workspace (e.g. your company name).
3. Onboarding Wizard
The onboarding wizard guides you through the initial setup in three steps:
Step 1 — Basics Enter your business details: name, address, phone number, and federal state. The timezone is automatically set based on your country (Germany, Austria, or Switzerland).
Step 2 — Schedule Define your opening hours for each day of the week. Set your default appointment duration and any days you're closed.
Step 3 — Calendar Connect your Google Calendar by sharing it with FlowCaptain's service account. The wizard provides the exact email address to share with and walks you through the process.
After completing the wizard, your calendar is ready to use. You can always adjust these settings later from the calendar detail page.
