Full Appointment Lifecycle
FlowCaptain now supports cancelling and rescheduling — completing the full appointment lifecycle: check, book, cancel, and reschedule.
Cancel
A caller says "I'd like to cancel my appointment" — FlowCaptain identifies them by caller ID or name, finds the appointment, and removes it from the calendar.
Reschedule
A caller says "Can I move my appointment to Thursday at 3?" — FlowCaptain finds the existing appointment, checks if the new time is free, and moves it. If the new time is taken, alternatives are suggested automatically.
Both actions work via MCP and REST API and are available on all supported voice bot platforms.
